Welcome to CISS Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
To comply with Federal regulations for all homecare organizations, CISS utilizes an EVV software for staff to clock in and out, log mileage, and documentation. CISS utilizes this software for all of its programs due to the many benefits for staff, families, and our payroll. Please review ALL of the resources contained on this page prior to contacting our office and make sure you save the EVV link listed below to your smartphone homepage for quick access!

Travel Time & Mileage! You can log all of your mileage in our EVV system. See the mileage guide above and contact the office if you have any questions. If you work with more than one family per day, you may be eligible to claim travel time as well. Contact Payroll if you need help.
EVV ORIENTATION VIDEO
We strongly recommend viewing the video below on a computer or tablet if available, as the screen can be too small on a smartphone to see essential details. Staff are automatically paid for 30 minutes of training when they have been given login instructions.
