Staff must review ALL of the guides and our EVV Orientation video before using the new software to clock in and out electronically. All hours must be logged in live time, not entered after they are worked unless the system is temporarily down.

What should I do if there is a system outage and I cannot log in or clock in/out?
Make a note of the times you worked and when the system is back online, enter an attendance request for the IN punch and another one for the OUT punch. Once those are entered, and if you are allowed to claim mileage, you can add that to the OUT punch.

Paylocity – If you are a current employee, you can establish a login to view your payroll records online, update your address, sign up for direct deposit, and view our employee handbook. Access is available from any browser or you can download the Paylocity Mobile app. on your smartphone. Directions: English | Spanish
Enroll in Direct Deposit online: Log in to your Paylocity account and register yourself by clicking on Employee – Employee Payroll File – Payroll Set Up – Direct Deposit. Your paycheck will start to be automatically deposited into your bank on the 2nd payday after you register.
Change your Tax Withholdings – To make changes, please contact our HR department.
W2s are available to view and print in Paylocity. W2s are mailed each year by the end of January. If you did not receive yours, please check your address on file in Paylocity, correct it, and contact our office if you need assistance.
